The issue of legitimacy directly or thematically and conceptually in the view of historians has an ancient history, it can be seen in factors such as the creation the right to rule for the rulers, recognition and acceptance of this right by the governed. By studying the original Shia governments and movements throughout history, after the Ashura uprising, we will realize that the movements and governments have the best form ofthe culture and spiritual philosophy that governs Shia. They have used their affairs. In this way, raising issues related to legitimization based Ghazi tradition, which is described as rare, is directly related to the issue of legitimacy. This article tries to answer these questions by using the descriptive-analytical method, from what point of view did the historians the researched period look at political legitimacy in their time? And they brought this legitimacy the field writing under the influence of which historiographical plans and models?
The findings of the research indicate that since history a field where the absolute truth cannot be reached. Historians present their opinions about history as absolute truth; Historians of the research period have also produced historical texts in clerical prose with the aim of showing the shock of the Afsharia government, taking the example of the historiographical texts of the Safavid era. In these works, historians' visions, influenced by religious schemes, seek to create legitimacy based on the Ghazi tradition and devotion to imams on the part of Nader against the enemies, especially the Ottomans.
