Since the construction of the tombs of the Shiite Imams in Iraq, very valuable gifts have been donated to the holy places of Iraq by Iranian kings and rulers and devotees of the Imams in the form of gifts or valuable endowments. Among them, the share of Iranian kings and princes was more than others. Some of these objects were decorative and at the same time practical, playing an important role in the daily affairs of these places. Examples of these objects were candlesticks and candles that were donated to the holy places of the Imams in Iraq with the aim of lighting and providing comfort to the pilgrims. In this case, many documents from the Qajar period have survived, which show that the Shiite Qajar kings donated objects to the holy places of Iraq. Among these kings was Nasser al-Din Shah, who paid special attention to the tombs of the Shiite Imams in Iraq. The purpose of this article is to examine the official bills and to reread, examine and analyze one of the official bills, entitled the special bill, which was issued by Nasser al-Din Shah for the maintenance and care of the watermen and the janissaries and the covering of the holy courtyard of Hazrate Sayyid al Shuhada in Karbala in Shohada. The method used to analyze Nasser al-Din Shah’s bills of exchange is a descriptive-analytical method using library resources. The achievement of the article shows that the divan bills of exchange.
