In the Tımurid period, Sunni Sufis showed their love for the Shiite Imams. This idea spread to poets and historians.Poets’and Historians described the lives of the Shiite Imams.The result of that disappeared of religious prejudices and rapprochement of shiism with sunnism. An atmosphere played a great role in the rapprochement of Shiism and Sunnism and the elimination of religious prejudices. The study of the praise of Shiite Imams in the works of Sunni mystics, writers, and historians of the Timurid period and its causes and consequences is the subject of this article, which has been examined in a descriptive and analytical manner using historical, mystical,and literary sources.The research wants to know that what factors were influential in the praise and veneration of Shiite Imams by Sunni mystics, writers, and historians during the Timurid period.The results of the study show that the love of Sunni elders for the Shiite Imams and the belief in their guardianship led to the elimination of religious prejudices and the tendency of people to Shiism before the Safavid era.
